Justin Sours
Owner - Justin is an avid diver and instructor. He took his passion to the next step purchasing Ocean Impact in 2018. He loves talking shop and dive trips and is a wealth of knowledge on the pros and cons of gear.

Donline Sours
Owner - Doline loves supporting the dive community and has been to some incredible places. She has a heart of gold and even though she’s not a diver, she loves sharing the scuba experience with Arkies and Okies alike!

James Brown
Instructor - James is a pure born teacher. His knowledge is vast, has an amazing amount of patience, and knows exactly how to explain things so that they sink in.
Kenny Simmons
Instructor - Kenny enjoys any excuse to dive. He knows all the local spots and can usually be found teaching courses and sharing his passion for diving. His sharp wit always makes for a fun dive, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his company.
Kayla Carson
Shop Master - Kayla makes sure the shop is always running smoothly, is super helpful, loves talking with customers, and doesn’t take any grief from the guys around the shop.
